How to Send Error Report 

Users can now send error reports on issues you are experiencing or experienced during live play to the Genius Sports team by using the new Send Error Report function.  

To send this error report statisticians must follow the steps outlined below.

1. Select the Help tab at the top left hand side of the FIBA LiveStats program. Statisticians should then select the Send Error Report option as seen below. 

2. Statisticians will then be prompted by the program to enter Error Description. Users will then be able to type a description of an error that they experience and select Send Report.

The report will then be sent to the Genius Sports support team to review. Once this has been sent the below message will be seen. 

Note. This could take up to 30 seconds.
