Firstly go to User Management, then select add new user. You are required to enter a username and email. When selecting the role there are 6 to select from:
Administrator – Has all privileges and access
Editor – create pages and news articles
Author – News articles only
Contributor – create new articles but cannot publish
Subscriber – no privileges but able to view protected content (discussed in video)
