To add custom reports into FO you must first copy the report file (.rpt) sent to you via email into the Custom Reports folder (via Program Files > FIBA > FIBA Organizer)

Once you have done so open FO and go to Reports Maintenance via Configuration:

Then select Add and locate the custom report you would like to import:

Once selected go to the Parameters tab for that report and ensure all are ticked: 

Select OK and then go to Reports via Configuration:

New custom reports will be visible in the Custom Reports tab once imported ; Select the report you wish to generate and define the report parameters as desired: 

For some reports you may be required to enter in minimum values:

Once defined the report will be generated (can then be saved or printed):
