If you receive the following error message when opening FIBA Organizer (FO) "Crystal XI Runtime was not installed - Please contact Sportingpulse for help" refer to the instructions below: 

1) Right click on the FO desktop icon and select "properties"

2) Go to "Advanced" and run the program as an Administrator

3) Apply these settings and restart the program

FO should now open successfully and allow you to begin making progress with your database.
